To thank you for your service, we offer all active or retired military and first responders $250 upon their solar installation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ZUNA Military and First Responder Discount Program (the “Program”) is offered by ZUNA Solar, LLC (“ZUNA”) and provides the opportunity for ZUNA customers who are either active or retired military or first responders, to receive a cash reward (the “Reward”).
ZUNA will award $250 cash or check to any active or retired military or first responder personnel who becomes a ZUNA customer. (Limited to one discount per household.) The cash reward will be issued to the Eligible Customer within sixty (60) days of installation of the new solar system provided that (1) ZUNA has received full payment for the new solar system; (2) ZUNA has received their verification of service; and (3) ZUNA has received a completed W-9 tax form from the Eligible Customer.
DEFINITION OF AN ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER:
To qualify as an “Eligible Customer,” you must be: (1) a ZUNA customer with a photovoltaic solar system sold and/or installed by ZUNA; and (2) is either an active or retired person of the military and/or a first responder. This includes those who serve and/or have served in the following branches of the military: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard. Those who serve and/or have served as a first responder includes the following: law enforcement, firefighters, and paramedic/EMT.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAM:
Registration for the Program can be made directly with ZUNA by: (1) submitting your verification of service via the form below; or (2) emailing your verification to firstname.lastname@example.org. Acceptable forms of military verification include: Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), Drivers License or State ID Card with Veteran Designation symbol, DD-214 form, VA Proof of Service letter, Discharge certificate, Leave and Earning Statement (LES), military orders if you're actively serving, NGB22, or Academy appointment letter ROTC contract. Acceptable forms of first responder verification include; Volunteer or employee ID card, paystub less than 60 days old, signed affidavit issued from first responder agency, Pension certificate, or EMS/EMT certification.
By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read and understand these rules and have not committed any fraud or deception in entering the Program. ZUNA reserves the right to disqualify any customer that ZUNA determines has violated any of these Rules. ZUNA also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time by posting the change on the ZUNA Website.
