OVERVIEW:

​

The ZUNA Referral Program (the “Program”) is offered by ZUNA SOLAR, LLC (“ZUNA”) and provides the opportunity for ZUNA customers and other ZUNA advocates to refer family, friends, and neighbors to ZUNA and receive cash rewards (the “Reward”) for qualifying referrals.

​

Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

​

DETAILS:

​

ZUNA will award $250 to any Eligible Referrer who refers an Eligible New Customer. The reward will be $250 per installed referral for each of the first three installed referrals. For any installed referral thereafter, the Eligible Referrer will receive $500 per installed referral.

ZUNA will make commercially reasonable efforts to issue referral rewards within sixty (60) days following installation of the new solar system; however, ZUNA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue referral rewards outside of this timeframe. All referral payments are contingent upon ZUNA receiving full payment for the installed solar system.

DEFINITION OF AN ELIGIBLE REFERRER:

​

To qualify as an “Eligible Referrer,” you must:

​

1. Be either:

   • A current ZUNA customer with an installed photovoltaic solar system sold and/or installed by ZUNA; OR

   • ​

   • A registered user with an active account within the official ZUNA SOLAR mobile application available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; and

2. Be in good standing with ZUNA at the time the referral is submitted and at the time payment is issued.

Eligible Referrers may not resell ZUNA products or services. Any attempt to resell, broker, or commercially distribute referrals may result in immediate disqualification from the Program.

​

Employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors of ZUNA, or immediate family members of such individuals, are prohibited from participating in the Program and are not eligible to receive referral rewards.

DEFINITION OF AN ELIGIBLE NEW CUSTOMER:

​

An “Eligible New Customer” means an individual that:

​

1. Is not currently, and has never previously been, a ZUNA customer;

2. Is not already registered, tracked, or otherwise known as a ZUNA lead, prospect, or contact; and

3. Completes installation of a new solar system while the Program is active.

​

Existing ZUNA customers who purchase additional solar panels, battery storage, or expand an existing solar system (“add-on systems”) are NOT considered Eligible New Customers and do not qualify for referral rewards.

​

HOW TO SUBMIT REFERRALS:

​

Referrals may be submitted by:

​

1. Completing the referral form at www.zunasolar.com/referrals (the “Referral Website”);

2. Emailing referral information to referrals@zunasolar.com; or

3. Calling (817) 786-6120.

​

If multiple Eligible Referrers submit the same referral, only the first submission received by ZUNA will be eligible for the Reward.

​

Referrals remain active for three (3) months from the date received by ZUNA.

​

PAYMENT METHOD & TAX RESPONSIBILITY:

​

Referral rewards will be issued via a payment method selected by ZUNA, which may include check, ACH transfer, or approved digital payment platforms.

​

All referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Eligible Referrers are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with referral payments.

 

ZUNA reserves the right to issue IRS Form 1099-NEC or any other required tax documentation to referrers who meet applicable reporting thresholds.

​

FRAUD, ABUSE & PROGRAM MISUSE:

​

ZUNA strictly prohibits fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

​

• Self-referrals

• Duplicate or fake accounts

• Misrepresentation of referral information

• Manipulation of Program systems

• Submitting false leads or non-consenting individuals

• Circumventing Program limits or requirements

​

Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of pending rewards, account suspension, and permanent removal from the Program.

​

ZUNA reserves the right to audit referrals and verify eligibility at any time.

​​

GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY:

​

The Program is currently available only in geographic areas where ZUNA actively operates and sell and/or installs solar systems. Availability may vary by state, utility territory, or municipality.

 

ZUNA reserves the right to modify geographic eligibility at any time.

​

PROGRAM MODIFICATION & TERMINATION:

​

ZUNA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice, by posting updated terms on the Referral Website or within the ZUNA SOLAR mobile application.

​

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms and Conditions.

​

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

​

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that:

​

• You have read and understand these Terms and Conditions

• You agree to comply with all Program rules

• You have not engaged in fraud, deception, or misleading conduct

• You release ZUNA from any liability related to Program participation except where prohibited by law

​

ZUNA’s decisions regarding Program eligibility and rewards are final and binding.
